Step 1: Sign up or apply
Fill out the contact form or apply directly to a job opening. As soon as we receive your application, we will contact you quickly and personally. From that moment on, you will have a fixed contact person who will guide you throughout the entire process. Together we will take the first step towards your new adventure in the Netherlands!
Step 2: Introduction to Employ IR!
At this stage you will meet your regular contact person and receive a detailed explanation of who we are, our clients and what your trip to the Netherlands will look like. We will discuss what is expected of you and tell you exactly what you need to arrange. In addition, we explain what you can expect from us in the coming period, so that you can start this adventure well prepared.
Step 3: Meeting customers
In this step, you conduct job interviews with the clients that best suit you and your ambitions. Employ IR helps you do this by preparing you thoroughly. We provide you with all the necessary information and give you valuable tips to make the interviews successful. This way, you can go into the interview with confidence and make a strong impression!
Step 4: Sign contract
Congratulations! With the signing of your contract, your job in the Netherlands is official. From this moment the visa application can start. Before you know it, you will be working in the Netherlands. Meanwhile, Employ IR arranges everything for you: from visas and accommodation to transportation and more. You can concentrate fully on your new adventure, while we take care of the rest.
Step 5: Getting Started
Upon arrival in the Netherlands, you will be met at the airport by your regular contact person. We will help you with the first practical matters, such as shopping and arranging a SIM card. In the following days, we will assist you with appointments with the municipality and immigration authorities, and if necessary, arrange courses or training, such as safety training. Shortly thereafter, your first working day begins, which we will of course celebrate together with the client!
